A new Section 134C to the Zoning Ordinance entitled Helvetia Area Special Industrial District (HSID) that is consistent with a new Comprehensive Plan Section 25 implementation measures requiring the City to create a new Helvetia Area Special Industrial District that will control development within the Helvetia Industrial Area in accordance with concept plans in the Comprehensive Plan, and to implement special conditions associated with addition of the site to the UGB.
