Ordinance repealing City of Siletz Ordinance #108 and adopting a new Flood Plain Management Ordinance. The purpose of the ordinance is to incorporate the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) and Flood Insurance Study (FIS) as set forth in the final flood determination issued by FEMA, and make related changes to flood hazard area development standards.
