Abstract
Remove Core Area Parking District "Impact Fee" Provisions ' i the Tualatin Development Code and the Tualatin Municipal Code. Plan Text Amendment PTA-11-12. The "fee n lieu" (known as the "impact Fee" .1 the CAPD Ordinance) provisions allow development in the CAPD to reduce required on-site parking by paying an "impact Fee" for each required parking stall not constructed by the development. Funds collected as parking "Impact Fee" are available for construction of CAPD parking improvements
