The property i currently zoned Industrial Park (IP), and is developed v .th a 13,780 square foot building. The applicant requests a Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment to change the designation to from Industrial to Commercial, a Zone Change from and Industrial Park (IP) to General Commercial (CG), and a Conditional Use for an automobile repair facility. Abutting properties are zoned General Commercial (CG) and Industrial Park (IP). c
