Abstract:
Amendment strikes requirement that residential development build to a min of 80% of the max dwelling units (DUs) per acre allowed by the applicable res planning district. (Tualatin has a combined comp plan and development code; a district is both a future land use designation and a zoning district.) Metro via Ord. No. 02969B (2002) rescinded requirement from Metro Code 3.07.120(A)(1)(a). Amendment preserves ability of Tualatin to comply w/ OAR 660-007-0035(2) (the MHR).
