The adopted text amendment adds language to the Clackamas County ZDO Section 802, "Two-and ThreeFamily Dwellings", to allow bonus units when a proposed development, receiving a conditional use approval under Section 802, provides affordable housing units or dedicates a portion of the site for use as a public park. The adopted amendment also adds provisions for calculating the maximum number of units allowed, and establishes a requirement for Design Review.
