Abstract:
The proposal is for a Text Amendment to the Jackson County Land Development Ordinance (LDO) for Sections 1.7.5, 2.6.3, 2.6.4, 3.4.1, 3.4.3, 10.2.1, and 13.3 to create consistency between the LDO and recent state law enacted through HB 2723, HB 3629, SB 311; and Table 2.1-1 and Section 3.4.2 allowing property line adjustments on non-resource lands to be reviewed as a Type 1 permit instead of a Type 2 permit.
