The Board of County Commissioners adopted amendments that clarify the geographic area representative of the historic landmarks commission and correct a typo. ORS 197.610(2), post-acknowledgment procedures were not initiated because the statewide planning goals do not apply to the legislative amendments. The amendments to Deschutes County Code, Chapter 2.28 just clarify the geographic area representative of the historic landmarks commission.
