Abstract:
The proposal was for a comp plan map and text amendment and density transfer. Tht proposal rezones approximately 8 acres to Light Industrial, the area it currently zoned RA-5 and adjacent to a commercial/industrial area. The remaining 13 acres wiil be rezoned Natural Uplands (Conservation Other Resources). One o f the resulting density credits will be transferred to a nearby cluster parition. One density credit \ 11 be resreved for future assignment.
