Merle Weiner is the Philip H. Knight Professor of Law at the UO School of Law. Professor Weiner has taught Civil Procedure, Domestic Abuse Law, Family Law, Children and the Law, International and Comparative Family Law, Torts, Civil Procedure, and Adjudication and Courts.
