The expansion of Portland's Urban Growth Boundary in 2002 ignited a change to Oregon's rural landscape. Incorporated into a city in November of 2004, the City of Damascus was a major piece of that growth expansion. From concept plan through future implementation, this paper charts the course of Damascus; as this picturesque landscape now prepares for sudden urban growth. |
