This collection contains papers written by UO law students in conjunction with their courses, as part of independent research projects, or in fulfillment of the law school's comprehensive writing requirement. Each paper has been selected for inclusion in the research papers series by the director of the Ocean and Coastal Law Center because it represents excellence in scholarship and writing. Except as otherwise indicated, visitors should assume that items are copyrighted by the author.
