dc.description.abstract |
Determines that an environmental impact statement is not needed for project approving Plan of Exploration submitted by Northwest Geothermal Company (NGC), who hold two geothermal leases issued by the BLM in 1983, that will allow them to construct three well pads, a short segment of temporary road to drill and test up to nine wells, and to use existing access roads on these federal geothermal leases. Includes evaluating areas of approximately 40 acres around each well pad to adjust location to minimize resource impacts. |
