Determines no environmental impact statement is needed for project of commercial thinning and density management in forest stands on BLM-managed lands within the Matrix in the Myrtle Creek fifth-field watershed. Approximately 1300 acres were evaluated. Field verification and stand examinations reduced the acreage deemed suited for thinning and density management to approximately 663 acres. |
