Abstract:
The East Portland Review explores
community change and infill development
issues and their relationship to
livability and viability. The study is intended
to inform potential changes in land development
policy/regulation, public services,
and other community development-related
activities. The study provides information on
demographics and development in the East
Portland area; identifies issues and concerns
of community members and stakeholders;
and identifies key planning and implementation
