Captured January 29, 2008.The Rhododendron (TSP) was initiated in 2006 by the City of Florence, in partnership with the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT). The process was undertaken to improve modal integration along the Rhododendron Drive corridor. The Rhododendron Drive Integrated Transportation Plan (RITP) will guide the management and development of appropriate transportation facilities along the Rhododendron Drive corridor. It was developed to support the City of Florenceâ s vision for improving safety and facilities to server all modes of transportation, while remaining consistent. This plan provides the City of Florence with the necessary elements for amendment to the Florence Transportation System Plan and to inform future planning and improvement efforts.
