Department of Land Conservation and Development Notice of Adopted AmendmentA Development Code Amendment (DC-07-01) adopting an updated Silverton Development Code by Ordinance 08-06. The updated code implements the City's Comprehensive Land Use Plan and other recently adopted plans such as the Downtown Master Plan and the Transportation System Plan. The updated Development Code is based on the State's Model Code for Small Cities and includes clear and objective standards for administrative decision making and revised review criteria and procedures for discretionary land use decisions. There are also a number of zoning district changes (DC-08-01) that were adopted by Ordinance 08-07 in order to folly implement the recently adopted Silverton Downtown Master Plan.
