This TSP constitutes the transportation element of the city's Comprehensive Plan and satisfies the requirements of the Oregon Transportation Planning Rule (TPR).... The Prairie City TSP was prepared as part of an overall project in Grant County that involved preparing individual plans for Grant County and the six communities of Dayville, Long Creek, Monument, Mt. Vernon, Prairie City, and Seneca. Each plan was developed through a series of technical analyses combined with systematic input and review by the city, the Local Working Group, the TAC, ODOT, and the public.
