In addition to establishing a Buildable Land Inventory, the City of Medford inventoried and mapped by classification all 18,086 acres in the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB). This overall inventory is referred separately as the "Land Inventory." The inventories are a "snapshot in time", and can be conducted ever few years or every year if necessary.
