Sea level rise projections change quickly, and lately have only been increasing. Currently, the Oregon Coast is projected to experience about 6” in sea level rise by the end of this decade, 30” by 2050, and maybe as much as 6’ by the end of the century. Due to an aging stormwater system, the problem isn’t as simple as water inching into the mainland. This project will explore options for coastal management and propose methods for Coos Bay to respond to the threat of flooding before 2050.enCreative Commons BY-NC-ND 4.0-USCoos Baysea level risefloodinggreen infastructureSoaking Up Sea Level Rise: Greenstreet Solutions for Coos BayThesis / Dissertation0009-0002-5432-2243
