In the short term, the study identifies and provides solutions to immediate safety and congestion problems. For the future, the study looks at 20-year horizon, 50-year horizon and how to best move people and goods efficiently throughout the County. The transportation needs for the cities of McMinnville and Newberg have been established in their recently published Transportation System Plans.
