Following the recommendation of the Housing Commission, the City Council awarded The Ashland Community Land Trust (ACLT) $328,800 and the [Interfaith] Care Community (ICC) of Jackson County $32,000 of the competitive 2006 CDBG award and prior year carryover funds..
