Department of Land Conservation and Development Notice of Adopted AmendmentPTA-09-01 (Ordinance #1285-09) is a Plan Text Amendment to the Tualatin Development Code (TDC) that extends the standards for fences in TDC 34.320-340 (adopted by Ordinance 1244-07 on July 23, 2007) to'apply to properties in the Low Density Residential (RL) and Medium Low Density Residential (RML) Planning Districts with access-restricted rear yards or side yards adjacent to an interstate highway (1-5 or 1-205) when the property is the subject of a partition or subdivision application of the property is developed with a single-family dwelling.
