The purpose of the SWET is to bring together experts in biomass energy to support the successful development and implementation of wood energy systems and businesses. One of the Oregon SWET’S activities is a small grant program for project feasibility, engineering, and construction activities. Six grants were awarded in 2013-2015, totaling $204,700.
