The Plan establishes policies and provides strategies that support the development of Gresham as a vital, livable community. Key objectives of the Plan are to reduce reliance on the automobile and increase the convenience of walking, bicycling, and transit use. The Plan also identifies strategies to facilitate freight and goods movement, improve neighborhood connections, and provide an adequate funding program.
