The primary maintenance delivery system is comprised of the Central Facility, five (5) Service Zones, City Nature North and City Nature South. These facilities are functionally-outdated, inadequately sized, some have serious deferred maintenance issues, and are not always located in a place that provides for efficient service delivery. The goal of this study was to determine what facilities the Bureau needs and where such facilities should be located. Potential properties were evaluated based on geographic location, ownership, size and accessibility.
