As of May 2019, scooters operate in 97 American cities in 28 states, and around the world. Transportation planning officials in Eugene, Oregon are currently laying the groundwork to launch an e-scooter pilot program of their own. This report contains a set of recommendations for the City of Eugene to consider while building a regulatory framework for e-scooters.
