Per Community Development Ordinance Section 13.140, if the proposed annexation is adopted the property would be assigned a similar zoning classification. The City of Klamath Falls property is zoned Heavy Industrial (IH) in the County and would become Industrial (I) in the City. Three of the Kalar lots are zoned High Density Residential (RH) in the County and would become Apartment Residential (A) in the City.
