This transportation system plan (TSP) will guide the management and development of appropriate transportation facilities within Tualatin, incorporating the community's vision, while remaining consistent with state, regional, and other local plans. This report provides the City of Tualatin with the necessary elements to be adopted as the transportation element of the City's comprehensive plan. In addition, this report provides ODOT, Clackamas, and Washington Counties with recommendations that can be incorporated into their respective plans.
