Captured February 25, 2008.The Building History Inc. team performed a reconnaissance survey update for the Willamette survey area and the Holly-Grove survey area using the newly developed draft reconnaissance level survey methods developed by the Oregon State Historic Preservation Office. This included a review of existing survey data which had been collected by the Winterbrook Team(2002-2003), field work including the recording basic architectural information for 111 properties in two survey areas, a preliminary eligibility assessment and a photograph of each property in the survey area, and the preparation of data for entry into the SHPO database.... West Linn’s current Comprehensive Plan, local Ordinance and IGA with Clackamas County Historic Review Board (CCHRB) is consistent with the purposes of the National Historic Preservation Act, as well as applicable state legislation and other local ordinances affecting historic properties in Oregon. The City of West Linn satisfies the criteria for becoming a Certified Local Government.
