The Action Plan describes how Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG), and American Dream Downpayment Initiative (ADDI) program resources will be used in the coming year to address the priority needs and local objectives established in the Consolidated Plan. The County's 2008 program year runs from July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009. Washington County entitlement funds are available countywide to meet the housing and community development needs of low- and moderate-income families.
