The city rezoned the property from R-3 to R-4 in 1975 (Ord. 1002). A nursing home was built over much of the block in 1976. The use is permitted outright in the R-4. The City appears to have inadvertently rezoned the property back to R-3 when its codes were acknowledged in 1982 (Ord. 1308).
