The purpose of the study is to provide a long-range policy document and project list that will guide the development of Creswell's transportation system for the next 20 years. The Transportation System Plan (TSP) will be updated every five years. The goals and policies contained in the TSP will become part of Creswell's Comprehensive Plan and Ordinance and amendments will be completed to implement these policies.
