The TSP incorporates the community's vision while remaining consistent with state, regional and local plans and standards. The City of Tillamook TSP was developed through a process that first identified the transportation needs, then developed and analyzed potential projects that address those needs. Lastly, the TSP developed a financing plan for the projects that best address Tillamook's needs for the next 20 years.
