This study was conducted in compliance with State legislation requiring local jurisdictions to produce a Transportation System Plan (TSP) as part of their overall Comprehensive Plan. Accordingly, this document provides the City of Toledo with those necessary recommendations for incorporation into its Comprehensive Plan.
