Dear Carol,

I received your letter requesting permission to archive my Economics Honors Thesis in the University of Oregon's Scholars Bank. I am happy to grant you permission to do so.

One issue that you have to decide on is whether to list the thesis under my name as it appeared on the university diploma (Tarik Al-Magarief) or the name that I have used for most practical legal purposes including while at the University of Oregon (Tarik Yousef) or under both names. I leave that up to you.
