Abstract of piece: Wine making has been around for thousands of years and has been interpreted and molded into an art. There are five components, or steps to making wine: harvesting, crushing and pressing, fermentation, clarification, and aging and bottling. Undoubtedly, one can find endless deviations and clarifications along the way (“Wine making process”).
