The primary goal of this community fire plan is to help create communities within the CALRFPD
that are fire safe and at low risk to damage from wildland fires.
This plan essentially follows the outline developed by Resource Innovations, Institute for
a Sustainable Environment, University of Oregon, which is included in the document “A
