The Adopted Amendment reaffirms the City Council's amended Policy 4 contained in the Adair Village Comprehensive Plan adopted on July 1,2008 in Ordinance 08-001. The Adopted Amendment addresses only these two issues raised by remands from the State Land Use Board of Appeals.
