Planning Dept.The Jefferson/Far West Refinement Plan is a refinement of the Eugene/Springfield Metropolitan Area General Plan (February 1982). The Metro Plan is an update of the 1990 General Plan adopted in 1972.... The plan is intended to provide background information and policy direction for public decisions made affecting the area. The refinement plan will serve as a guide for the provision of public facilities and services, such as streets, as well as in public response to private development requests such as zone change decisions.
