The Planning Commission reviewed the proposal and after careful consideration and advice from staff recommended approval to the Sherman County court for an Industrial rezone. The Planning Commission reviewed the proposal and after careful consideration and advice from staff recommended approval to the Sherman County court for a R-l rezone. The Sherman County Court moved unanimously to appprove the proposed amendment.Item Open Access Sherman County Notice of Adopted Amendment (2010-08-09)(Sherman County, 2010-08-09) Sherman CountyAmend the Sherman County Comprehensive Goal mineral and resource inventory to include the proposed aggregate site. The site is a small significant site and will not produce more than 500,000 ton of material and to be added to the county goal 5 list only.
