    This Transportation System Plan (TSP) has been developed for the City of North Bend. The purpose of this TSP is to bring the City of North Bend into compliance with the Oregon Transportation Planning Rule. The plan is a multi-modal plan, addressing improvement to existing roadways, new pedestrian and bicycle facilities, improvement in public transit service, and other modes (including air, rail, water and pipeline). The plan also includes a transportation improvement program, as well as changes to the Cityâ s codes and standards to implement the TSP recommendations. [From the Plan]
