Proposes to issue new grazing permits in the Burnt River Geographic Unit, modifying these permits to help meet Standards for Rangeland Health and Guidelines for Livestock Grazing Management. The grazing permits would be for a period of 10 years, except when base property leases are less than 10 years the BLM permits would coincide with the terms of the base property leases.
