Proposes to restore fish habitat in the Upper Metolius River by providing in-stream wood that will act as rearing and resting habitat. Includes placing 206 structures with approximately 930 logs in critical areas over a span of 11 miles of river, increasing in-stream large woody debris densities by up to 11 times the existing levels in some reaches.
