Wildfire Impact Research

The Community Wildfire Protection Plans (CWPPs) in this collection comprise the case study data for for the National Science Foundation research project on the impact of wildfire, "Understanding the Roles of Socioeconomic Vulnerability, Adaptive Capacity, and Mitigation in Determining Economic Impacts of Wildfire". The data includes county and sub-county plans that apply to counties that experienced large fires in the Western U.S. between 2004 and 2010.
