This collection contains inventories of the KEZI-TV news station in Eugene, Oregon. KEZI-TV is a local ABC affiliate that was owned by Chambers Communications Corp. from 1959-2014. The station produced daily TV news and feature programming. The collection includes complete news stories (short and in-depth), raw footage, interviews, B-roll, some complete newscasts, year-end retrospectives, sports shows, and miscellaneous content produced or purchased by Chambers Communications Corp. The bulk of the news collection covers 1966-1997; “miscellaneous” content ranges from 1938-2011.

News clips from July 1966- Sept. 1980 have all been digitized to digital video files. Descriptions of these clips are available in a searchable Excel spreadsheet.

For these years, the station maintained indexes of story titles and broadcast logs of each daily newscast. These documents are available in chronological order as searchable PDFs.
