dc.description.abstractThese proposed amendments provide clear and objective standards in addition to those applicable to permitted uses in a particular zone. The intent is to expand the clearly defined objective standards to address situations that may occur in multiple zones (e.g. caretaker units, contractors offices, accessory structures, drive-up windows, park and ride facilities, etc.) so that conditional use permit review is unnecessary for uses that can meet the standards, which apply in multiple zones.en_US
