Announces decision to implement Alternative 3 of project EA, deferring the decision to close the vacant Gebhardt Flat Range Allotment, and treating 4520 acres with vegetation and/or fuel treatments. Includes prescribed burning and/or mechanical treatment of shrubs on 4430 acres, commercial thinning of lodgepole pine on 77 acres, noncommercial mechanical thinning on 300 acres, hazard tree removal, and road closings and decommissionings.
