dc.description.abstract | Excludes further environmental analysis of project to reduce the hazard and accumulation of tumbleweeds primarily along fence lines and roadways. Wind blown accumulations of tumbleweeds would be burned primarily along fence lines and roadways in the late fall, winter or early spring. The accumulated weeds would be burned in place with a prescribed burn during periods when there is little chance of fire escape to surrounding areas and would not require manual line construction. Treatment during the life of this project would be limited to less than 4500 acres. | en |
