dc.description.abstractAmendments to the Drainage provisions in municipal code Chapter 17.56. Amendment of development standards as required by State Department of Environmental Quality, to help ensure waters drained from new or redeveloped sites with 5,000 square feet or more of increased impervious area are substantially free of pollutants. May be accomplished through erosion and sediment control as outlined in City's Stormwater Treatment and Detention Standards, to be incorporated by reference in Chapter 17.56en_US
